Merry Christmas to everyone who stops by here...I hope you have a lovely few days, where ever you are spending them.
We will be at home eating a traditional dinner of turkey, glazed ham (redcurrant jelly and mustard glaze), brussel sprouts (with bacon), roast carrots and parsnips, roast potatoes and sage and onion stuffing. Followed by the less tradional Tiramisu and/or Bread and Butter pudding with cream.
I have all our little ones in bed, awaiting a visit from Santa Claus during the night. It has been a long anxious day for the older two...it is hard to fill your time when you are so excited!
Take care everyone, especially if you have to travel....see you in a few days to show you a few of our gifts...especially the hobby-horses I made the little ones...I'd have loved to have shown you but I didn't dare!

Merry Christmas to you and your family, Millie!
Thanks Heather, Medrie and Jen....I hope you all are having a lovely Christmas day, our's is almost over...We have had a lovely day. Of course we ate waaay to much....everyone is now sitting in front of the fire watching a new Wallace and Grommit DVD, such fun!
And a very Merry Christmas to you and your family too, Millie! In Denmark the traditional dinner consists of duck, served with caramelized small potatoes, boiled potatoes, red cabbage, brown sauce, and cranberry jam, followed by ris a la mande (a sort of rice pudding with almonds) with hot cherry sauce. Gee, that sure sounds weird when you're writing it down, but it tastes fantastic! :) Looking forward to seeing your hobby horses!
And a very merry festive season to you and the family, Millie. I bet the hobby-horses are ultra-charming.
