I made them a couple of new dresses for the occasion. Both Onion 20022. As recommended by Astrid
They delight and challenge everyday and some nights too!

Thank you all for the birthday wishes and kind comments..I had a few tears as they went to sleep this evening...I have always found 2nd birthdays difficult! The baby stage is well gone!

Happy Birthday to your little girls, I love their names. I'm with you on hating leaving the baby stage. We still have a cot in our room on the 'pretext' that she 3.5) uses it when she's sick! but I know it's there becaus I miss them being babies:)
SewMentalMama...We have no cot in our room, but usually one or two in our bed! I can see what interesting people they are becoming, so we have that to look forward to.
