My husband and I were 8 years married in November but do to family circumstances we couldn't make it out. A friend, kindly gave us a gift voucher for a meal and finally on saturday evening, we got to use it. We got scrubbed up, donned our glad(-ish) rags and headed out. Colm's sister stayed here and looked after the children.
We had a great meal witout interuption from the children and it was lovely to quietly enjoy each others company. It has probably been over a year since we were out for a meal, maybe more..........hopefully we won't leave it as long the next time!
No new sewing done since but the new Ottobre arrived today, so I'll try and choose something from that.
